Conference Sign-Ups through Skyward Family Access

Dear Parents and/or Guardians:

Moline High School will hold second semester parent/teacher conferences the afternoon
and evening of February 16th and the morning of February 17th
The format for conferences allows parents to meet directly with their student’s teachers. We strongly encourage your student(s) to attend the conference with you, as this provides students an opportunity to share in the responsibility for their education. Conferences should be seen as an opportunity for students, parents/guardians, and teachers to work together to improve the student’s educational outcomes.

In order to facilitate your schedule, you are encouraged, but not required to reserve a
ten-minute conference slot in advance with the teachers of your choice. We will be using
Skyward Family Access to reserve those time slots up to the day before conferences.
Please see the back of this letter for step-by-step instructions on how to access the
Conference Sign-Up through Skyward Family Access. You may also sign-up on the day
of conferences, on the sheet next to the teacher’s door. This will allow you to schedule
appointments and reduce the amount of wait time, but you may not have the exact time
you desire.

Due to time constraints, we must limit conferences to ten minutes. If you need to meet
with a teacher for a longer amount of time, please contact the teacher and set up an
alternate day and time for a conference. Teacher contact information will be available at

under the “about us” tab at the top of the page.
~Students will be dismissed at 11:10 a.m. on Thursday, February 16th~
The conference dates and times are:
Thursday, February 16th
from noon - 3:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Friday, February 17th
from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 Noon

Conference Sign-Ups through Skyward Family Access

February 6th - Noon on February 16th

  1. Log into* Skyward Family Access through the district website, under 

the “Parents & Students” tab or the building website, under “Quick Links”.

  1. In the blue column on the left side of the Family Access page, select 


  1. Select the blue underlined “All Conferences” link for the high school student.

  1. You will see your student’s schedule of courses for this semester.  Click the blue 

underlined “Select a time” for each of the classes you’d like to visit.

  1. Once within a specific class period, you may select your preferred time from the 

selection of time-slots listed.

  1. After you’ve completed your sign-ups for all desired conferences, you can click 

the blue underlined “View Scheduled Times” to see a complete conference day 

schedule for that individual student.

*If you have lost or forgotten your Skyward Family Access login or password, please click on the “forgot my login/password” link within the login window.  Additional access issues may be resolved by calling Moline High School at 309-743-1624.
