The yearbook meeting that was planned for Thursday has been postponed to Tuesday, October 26th, due to the half-day on Thursday. Please come to B201 after school next Tuesday if you would like to be part of the "M" staff this year. See you next week!

Future of Stem Scholars Initiative - Award open to students pursuing a degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics at a Historically Black College or University. This has a deadline of February 15th.

Illinois Chemical Education Foundation’s Lupita Turriff Hispanic Student Scholarship - Open to all Hispanic students who are first generation students to attend college and are seeking a college degree and a career as a chemist, high school chemistry teacher, chemical engineer or environmental engineer. This has a deadline of March 10th.

The Hunger Drive raffle is still happening this week. Bring cans or cash donations for a chance to win an apple watch, a $50 gift card to Starbucks, or a $50 gift card to Target. 35,060 children are experiencing food insecurity in the QC area and your donation is helping those children in need.

If you had your picture taken in September for the yearbook, please go to the commons today during lunch to pick up your picture packet.

Attention Homecoming dance participants: You may begin collecting your homecoming photos from the display by the front entrance.

Attention all students: A reminder that it is your responsibility to wear a mask to school every day. The mask should cover your mouth and nose. Disposable masks will not be handed out on a regular basis.

Rotary Study Abroad Scholarship for MHS Students: Students interested in studying abroad next year, or hosting a foreign student in their home, are invited to attend an informational presentation for students and parents on Tuesday, October 26th at 6:30pm in the school cafeteria. The Moline Rotary Club Youth Exchange Program is offering the opportunity for Moline High School students to attend high school in another country next year, or to host a student from another country.
