CLUBS
Fearlessly Girl will be meeting Tuesday, October 12th after school in J329. We will be completing our first activities and creating some positivity posters to display throughout the hallways. Hope to see you there!

Kaleidoscript will meet Tuesday, October 12th at 3:15 in B215. We will be making posters for sales. All staff please attend. See Mrs. MacLennan for more details.

COUNSELING
Moline Parks and Rec is looking for some peeps to fill the following positions, Youth Soccer Lead Official & Supervisor and Youth Basketball Lead official and site supervisor. Both positions would require a general knowledge of the sport. Student employees would be scheduled just a few hours a week and could make $12-15/hour. If you're interested, stop by the counseling center to pick up contact information!

Roosevelt is requesting volunteers for their carnival this coming Friday, October 15th.
If interested in helping, please go to the counseling center and sign up with Mrs. Bowser.

Seniors-- need help submitting your FAFSA? Come to MHS FAFSA Completion Night on Tuesday, October 12th from 3:30-7pm in B220. Families should bring their FSA IDS and 2020 tax returns. Assistance will be available in English and Spanish. Please see your counselor if you have questions.

SPORTS
Any girl interested in playing basketball, there will be an open gym on Tuesday. October 12th and Thursday, October 14th from 6-8 PM in the PE center. See Coach Ritchie or Coach Maria Sakellaris for any details.

MISC.
The Winter Play is Eurydice (pronounced Your-Rid-issEE) by Sarah Ruhl. Drama, music, movement, and comedy. All MHS students are invited to be involved. Auditions are Tuesday and Wednesday, October 12th and 13th from 3:30 to 5:00pm. Sign up for an audition time slot or record your audition online. Students are also needed to help design, organize, lead, and work backstage. Fill out the interest form online by October 14th. All the information is on the MHS Theatre website, tinyurl.com/maroontheatre and on the bulletin board across from the library. Questions? See Mrs. Koski in B217.
