CLUBS & ORGANIZATIONS

Student Led Bible Study will be meeting today after school from 3:10-3:40.  All are welcome to join us.  Please be prompt as we will be having our group picture taken for the yearbook.

GSA will get their yearbook picture today right after school in the Library InfoHub. Please spread the word and don't be late to ensure a great representation in our yearbook.

COUNSELING CENTER

Attention 9th graders:  Next Tuesday you're invited to "Cocoa, Cookies and Cram" in the Library. Bring your notes, books, flash cards and friends to the Library anytime between 3:00-5:45 to study for your finals and enjoy a treat from your fellow Link Crew Leaders. If you're having a hard time knowing where to start or just need a place to focus, this is the place to start.

Link Crew Leaders- we need you to come to the Counseling Center today to sign up for your shift for next Tuesday's event and 8th Grade tours.  See Ms. B, Ms. Ciucci or Mrs. Hoover if you have a conflict. 

Do you need to take the Accuplacer Test?  If you’re interested in taking an Honors English class next year (and not currently in an Honors Eng. Class) or if you’ve already taken 2 Dual Credit classes and are signing up for more next year (and have not taken it yet) The Accuplacer Test will be offered at MHS the next three Wednesdays in January. Reserve your spot for the Accuplacer Test today in the Counseling Center.

SPORTS

Any athlete interested in participating in boy’s track this spring, that is not out for a winter sport; needs to attend a brief meeting after school in room J110 on Tuesday Jan 15th. 

Softball open gym will be on Saturday in the West Gym from 8-10 am this week only. 

MISC

The final deadline to purchase the 2019 "M" at the current price of $47.00 is Friday, January 18th.  If you are unsure if you have purchased a book, please check on Skyward under Fee Management or your student can check the list outside of the bookstore.  The "M" can be purchased by check or cash at the bookstore. Remember no yearbooks will be sold at the end of the year.

All students are required to purchase and display a student parking tag while parked at Moline High School.  Tags may be purchased at the bookstore before or after school, or at lunch.  No students are to park in staff parking for any portion of the day.  Those in violation of either policy may be ticketed and/or face school discipline.

2019 Graduates: Please check your name on the diploma list across from the Registrar’s Office.  This is how it will appear on your diploma.  Make all changes with Mrs. Valdes.  Changes made after January 9 will cost $5.00.
