COUNSELING CENTER

Black Hawk College is hosting a first annual Career Showcase for 9th-11th grade students on Friday, February 1st.   If you are interested in any of the following careers, please sign up for this field trip in the Counseling Center:  Automotive Repair, Computer Technology, Nursing, Engineering Technology, Biology, Music, Early Childhood Education, Business-Finance/Accounting, Marketing/Graphic Design, Physical Therapy, or Emergency Medical Services (EMS). The deadline to sign up is today after school.

Class registration is right around the corner. If you're a current sophomore or junior interested in taking classes at the Area Career Center (UT) next year, see your counselor today to sign up for a field trip. Learn more about the classes you could sign up for!

Visit the Moline Public Library tonight at 5:30 p.m. to knit or crochet blanket squares to make blankets for Project Linus. Program is open to teens and adults of all levels of experience. Supplies are provided but limited.
