STUDENT BULLETIN – Friday, April 11, 2014

CLUBS & ORGANIZATIONS

MHS Bible Study will be meeting tomorrow in room J210 from 3:10-3:40.  Everyone is welcome!

Today several MHS students are participating in the National Day of Silence. The purpose of this event is to bring attention to silence and isolation faced by members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer community and their allies. Their deliberate silence today echoes the silence which is caused by anti-LGBTQ name-calling, harassment and bullying. We believe that ending the silence is the first step toward building awareness and making a commitment to address these injustices. Think about the voices you are NOT hearing today.
