Any student interested in the Chess Team should attend the first practice today in room J207 immediately after school. See Mr. Dan Thompson in J207 if you cannot attend or if you have questions about the chess team.
Natural Helpers will meet in room B131 today during lunch.
Attention Line O'Type reporters: If you were assigned a story for this month's upcoming issue, this is a reminder that all stories should be shared with your editors by tomorrow at 5:00 PM. See Mrs. Norcross in room B206 if you have any questions.
Anyone interested in pursuing a career in the health and/or medical field: This is a great opportunity to learn the many careers the medical field has to offer. Stop by B-318 on Tuesday at 3:05. If you have any questions, see Mr. Mahieu. The meeting will last about 30 to 45 minutes.

We will be meeting at the flagpole outside the Dean’s office as we participate in the Global Week of Student Prayer.
Attention students in FCA; we will not meet in E114 this Wednesday morning but will instead be attending the "See You at the Pole" at the flag pole in front of the Dean's Office at 7:30 AM.
Students who would like to have input on the food choices in the cafeteria, please stop by the Main Office to sign up to become a member of the MHS food service committee. We meet 5 times a year after school. You will be asked to sample products and provide feedback.

Freshmen, sophomores and juniors interested in the opportunity to affordably study abroad for one school year, or to participate in summer cultural exchanges in another country, are invited to attend an informational presentation for students and parents on September 28th at 6:00pm in Room B131.
The Moline Rotary Club Youth Exchange Program is offering the opportunity for a Moline High School student to be selected to receive a scholarship to attend high school in another country during the 2017-18 school year, and to participate in a summer cultural exchange with a student in another country during summer 2017. This is an extraordinary opportunity to enhance your education, expand your horizons, and broaden your experience.
