CLUBS & ORGANIZATIONS

Kaleidoscript meets today after school at 3:05 in B209. Anybody interested in working on the literary magazine should join our team tonight. We look forward to new additions to the staff!

Latinos Unidos: Stop by J322 today right after school for a brief meeting. Adios!

Students interested in joining German Club should meet in J333 right after school today. The meeting will be brief- we won’t go past 3:30. Students NOT taking German can still join!

Today is the Drama Club/Thespian meeting right after school in B214. Everyone is welcome! See you after school.

Attn members of Encore! – Our first meeting is today after Drama Club. Meet in room B208.

Authentic Voices will meet tomorrow during 2^nd period in the cafeteria. All girls who belonged to the group last year, as well as girls interested in finding out what the group is about are welcome at the meeting.

Spanish Club Officer Applications are available for Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors. Please see your Spanish teacher and turn in the application by Wednesday, September 2. Gracias!

SPORTS

Any girls interested in playing basketball need to attend a brief meeting today after school at 3:15 in B157.

MISC.

Yearbooks are on sale for $45 through September 30th at the bookstore.  October 1st they go up to $50.  Please stop by and see us if you would like to purchase one.

Night School has begun. American History classes are held on Mondays & Wednesdays and English classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays. Those enrolled in English Night School should report to J220 at 3:30 for class this afternoon.

An attorney’s office is looking for student workers after school. Mrs. Dexter in the counseling center can provide details on this opportunity.

SPORTS

Congratulations to the boy's golf team for placing 3rd this past weekend at the Maple Leaf Invite in Geneseo. The maroons were led by a 5th place finish from Mitch Medinger, 14th place finish by Thomas Lindauer, and a 20th place finish by Jay Hillier.
