Data driven decision making
The goal of Continuous Improvement is to take perception and assumption out of the decision making process, and set data driven, SMART goals to drive instruction. Many of the tools designed for data collection are listed on the Quality Tools page. One extremely valuable strategy is to use formative testing to highlight students that are exceeding, meeting or below expectations on a skill set.
